I love this bike shop, they are always so helpful and there are no pressure sales! Known manager, Jerry, for last decade and he's always professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We often run into him at local and charity bike events (2017 MS City to Shore!) and have been saved by his SAG services as well. Paul and the service guys do excellent work maintaining my bike, it comes back to me in better condition (very CLEAN!) and still feels and rides like MY bike. Can't say same for other shops where we've tried their services and bike was returned with more problems than before. Keep up the good work Trek Warminster!
I needed a part for my brake the guy was very helpful and installed the part and adjusted the front brake

Although this shop recently got folded into the "Trek Store" brand, a recent visit showed that old-school local bike shop service is still alive and well here. Jerry took plenty of time to understand my bike purchase needs, and clearly explained my options in various price ranges without pushing me either way. He also helped me find a part for a vintage bike that I'm fixing up for a friend. The only downside is that the store now only carries Trek bikes, but the brand's product range is so broad that anyone should be able to find a ride to match their needs there.
