I joined Costco when it opened and have been a member ever since. I love most everything about the store with the exception of the pharmacy!!!! I have left a complaint note, complained at the return desk and received a call from a southern gentleman at home who claimed he’d take care of it. He said he’d call me back in about 2 weeks and he hasn’t called back . This was about 8 months ago or better. I forget his position but he said he was going to have a meeting and discuss these problems. He claimed I made good points and I have yet to see a change. So much for that. An elderly couple came to pickup a prescription. The girl told them your going to have to go home and call your doctor. Do you realize how much effort goes into just getting into the store for an 80 year old. I was so upset for them as they walked away. With no prescription! The rest of the store gets
Its one-stop shopping! We grocery shop here- good produce, awesome bakery, and well-stocked with staples. The eye care center has the best deal on prescription eyeglasses that I've seen in a brick and mortar store. They have housewares, clothing, electronics, etc.
Both experiences I had at this Costco were unpleasant. My first experience was that I received misinformation about adding a second card member. When escorting the issue to a manager, she was rude, cold, and left me with an unsettling feeling. My second unpleasant interaction was calling ahead of time to ask if they allow small dogs to sit in the cart. I was enthusiastically told yes by customer service, and then was embarrassingly chased down in the store by an employee and scolded for having brought my dog. I do not recommend visiting this Costco. They need to work on employee information sharing and customer service to provide a enjoyable store experience.
There's a surprising turn which my friends who are members of Costco didn't mention. That is, the club tends towards organic products. Some items I find online by Kirkland, their line of products, are not available at the store.
Overall, great experience shopping there.
The staff here are helpful and friendly. I was a member at Sam's club in Langhorne. That store is good. But I think staff here are even better.
Great selection, great prices, not everything is bulk, my family loves their pre-made food. Employees are very friendly and I enjoy the free samples of food they offer throughout the store. The warehouse is very clean, orderly, and it's easy to find things.
