they accused my grandmother of steeling and BOY were they wrong. They detained her and called the police. When they found out that they were wrong, they narrowly avoided being sued. They also kissed my grandmothers butt by making her a gift basket and bribing her with $500 worth of Giant gift cards that she gave away to her kids because she will never step foot in giant again. Thanks for the free gas though. You didn't just lose one customer, but an entire family.
I have gone to other Giants and I always come back to this one. The staff are so so nice and helpful and the assortment of items are great. The only complaint I have is with the deli department. The staff seems to be rude sometimes and not up to date with their sale items. I order from the kiosk now so I don't have to deal with them.
It's all right. Not as good as other Giants. Not as clean or organized as Jamison or Doylestown. Some workers are annoying. Our cashier today was very nice. But the cashier in the next lane asked her something. No talking please. Both got distracted and I had to quickly remind her of my stack of coupons. 12 bucks worth. The shelves seem to be better stocked of late. Also our cashier put too many items in the plastic bags. But she was very nice. PS. I almost forgot. Be very careful about the expiration dates. Look at each item carefully. Many items I looked at over the past few trips had dates seriously past due.
Been shopping at this GIANT since they opened finding shelves not stocked makes no difference what time you go. have to check expiration date. limited name brand products . Been to other giant stores a lot better and shelves stocked. Noticed it's gotten worse in the last year
Wonderful place of employment. Has a wide selection of name brands and variety. I do find some of the deli workers rude so I stick with the ordering machine.
