Hair cut by Valerie on Friday the 13th. Apparently this is not her day to cut hair. She didn't cut it the way I asked. She didn't take off as much as I wanted her to, leaving it at an awkward length. She asked me several times if I was sure that I wanted to take off that much. I've had my haircut done much shorter before and I was certain that this was what I wanted. I told her that I didn't want my hair touching my shoulders and yet she cut it so that it was laying on my shoulders. She didn't cut it evenly at all. After looking closer when I got home, there were some pieces of hair that were much longer than other pieces. And she cut my bangs terribly wrong. I asked her to blend the bangs in. What I really wanted were angled bangs, but I couldn't remember what they were called at the time. So I asked her if I was making sense, and she told me she understood what I meant. Then she proceeded to cut them from the back of my head to the front of my face. They were mostly straight across but there was a slight angle in the bang that was going the opposite way. The whole time she was cutting she kept pushing me to ombre my hair to get the remaining black dye out, after I told her several times that I gave up coloring and bleaching it. I was very upset and had to go to someone else to fix it.
Happened about 8 months ago. Went there signed in there was a few people there already. I was called got up start to walk back. Then stylist by register said theres people before me. Thats fine she did call a name no one answered so she called me. I was then told to sit back down. Then took another person. I was ok with that until i was called again the man asked what i was getting done. First of all they asked you when you sign in which obviously is useless to ask. So i told him i wanted a cut and color. He then proceeds to tell me i dont have time to do that i have an appointment coming in soon. I then was told to sit down again. He then proceeds to take someone after me. I walked out of there never will go back again!
Loved the entire experience. I had Colleen as my stylist. My hair looks great!

COMPLETLY UNSATISFIED! I went in looking for a under the chin messy bob somewhere along the line this hairdresser gives me a pixie doesnt ask if going that short would be ok just did what she wanted and called it a day.i went out and got extensions the same day until this mess grows out.i wouldnt recomend this place to anyone they dont listen or care what you actually want. I will NEVERRR go there again!
