Terrible place. Does not care at all about you. I have a loan on my car and they NEVER put the lienholder on my Progressive account last year in August when I purchased the car.
If you have an auto policy issue, just go straight to the agency itself. These guys are of no help. Multiple frustrating experiences.
Never use this company for insurance. Period. Go somewhere else.
Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else for insurance. Canceled my policy and they reported me to collections for three unpaid months after the policy was canceled. They do not check email.
Not to mention my occupation was never put in so I was overcharged every month due to that.
I do not recommend it without animals, terrible services
Also Progressive came after me a month later to add something or they would cancel my insurance on my car since this place didn't do that in the first place. They ended up raising my rate.
They hike up prices TREMENDOUSLY and charge large cancellation fees
