Quick turnaround for your clothes for sure, but it seems that they can't get the creases or pleats evenly pressed on some of my pants or shirts on occasion. They're still the least expensive place around town, but sometimes it shows.
They put a tear in my comforter and then didn't even clean it or even call me... so so disappointing!!!
I have been going to this place for more than 5 years. They used to be great. I have referred many customers to go here. Then, over the last few times I have been there...something has happened. My clothes are NEVER ready on time. What's more frustrating, I have pointed this out to the employees. Each time, they always make excuses. At this point, it's hard to accept when it happens consistently.
