If I could rate zero stars I would, soggy, drenched in sauce, half melted cheese, toppings under the cheese, an cold dipping sauces. This isn't the first time with these same issues, not to mention have had multiple employees that were selling drugs out of the location as well as delivery drivers who drop off heroin to people while out on deliveries, 7/11 makes a better pizza for 5 bucks than these people.
Note: This is the location right next to Rita's. I ordered a pizza and called literally one minute later to revise my order. The young man on the phone told he could not do that. One minute later!!! I cancelled my order and told him I will not be back. If the customer service is this bad, imagine what the cleanliness is like! #gross
Never again. Call because both pizzas were doughy and totally soggy. So reluctantly I took them up on there offer of two free pizzas a few days later. Same experience. I will ho hungry before I EVER go to "Soggy' John's again!!!!!!!
We love Papa John's Pizza. Our favorite pizza is Pineapple Cheese. Our son is almost a vegetarian and this one is one of his own combinations that he tried. Service is always quick no matter if you order pick up or delivery.
