Known these guys for years. Great prices and great work. Always walked me through step by step in completing any bike project. As for the two guys with the one star. For starts dude can barely speak English, has no clue about bikes, brought his scooter wheels in to get power coated and did not know how to clean and install them when done. If there was a problem with the power coat all he had to do was talk to the owner like a man , instead he called up crying and blaming every but him self. Next time you wanna cry about rims, make sure they are big boy wheels. And for the guy who bought tires n two weeks later they were loosing air. Its called a flat. Its people like this who give these guys a bad name because they dont know what they r doing. Keep up the good work TOCC.
I have been a customer of Tricked Out for some time now. Went in last Friday evening at 6:30. The owner (Steve) ran in from the shop and told us we had to leave. There were customers in the store and the front door was open. The sign on the door said open till 7pm and the web site said Open till 7pm. I pointed this out to him. He stated " Sorry Fall hours, you have to leave"
You must be a pretty important guy ...just throwing customers out of your store because they are an inconvenience.
Word of mouth goes MUCH FURTHER THAN YOU THINK. and with unlimited time on my hands and a computer which allows me to reach the world. Your lack of patience and lack of understanding that... I had to rush to get to your store before 7pm (posted closing time) will cost you MANY TIMES OVER. I have already informed 3 of my friends That I will NOT be bringing their business to you because of the way I was treated. And THAT is JUST THE BEGINNING. Watch the reviews around the web.

This is a great shop. Came in for a unusual dirt bike tube size and they head. Also very nice owner.
I can promise you this Steve. If It was my first time there, and I never did business with you before, I would accept your rudeness. However, you should have just allowed us to come in, ask a question or two from your counter guy, and we would have left of our own accord. You chose to throw us out.
