New location at Street Rd and Jacksonville. Interior is beautiful but we sat outside to enjoy the weather. Ordering was fast and easy and our food was brought to us at our table outside. I've never had food at a Chick-fil-A that wasn't good and this was no exception. I'm obsessed with the summer drink they're serving - watermelon mint lemonade. So delicious! As we were leaving, hubby was putting our trash away and I was waiting at the table. We had some food we were taking home and a server came outside and asked if I wanted a bag! Wow. Then, when she brought the bag noticed our drinks were empty and asked if we needed refills. Double wow. Unfortunately they can't refill the watermelon mint so I got regular lemonade which is also good. She went inside and got our drink refills. I believe her name was Kaila so thank you Kaila for such unexpected exceptional service. Nice restaurant, good food and great service. Very impressive for a fast food restaurant!
At lunch time, with many people walking in, the staff quickly served everyone! The food was hot and great as usual, the dining room clean!
Excellent as always! Friendly staff and always smiling. I decided last minute today to order several trays for the holiday weekend. Nothing was a problem for them to arrange and the manager carried the trays to my car for me. They are always very accommodating. Highly recommend them.
Great for a fast food place. Staff more helpful than in most places. The restaurant is relatively new and well maintained. Foois neither better nor worse than others in the chain.
One of the better places for lunch in the area. Even with the longer lines from the lunch crowd, service is very fast and accurate. Usually don't wait more than 3-5 minutes for the meal to be delivered to the table.
It is certainly a bit pricier than other fast food places, but the quality is higher so there is good value
