I was looking to update my living room with a new sectional sofa and furniturecart came into my search. They have great selection of not only sectionals but everything else you need to update your place. Anyway, I found what I was looking for. Check out process was easy and quick; delivery time frame was just as it was promised on website. Got my set and happy about entire process of getting furniture from these guys.
I ordered a sleeper sofa with an attached chaise lounge. The couch is comfortable and very good quality. I ordered the matching oversized ottoman and it is light enough to easily move while still being sturdy. I'm thinking about ordering the matching chair in the set. Shipping was fast but note that the delivery men only take the furniture to the outside of your house, if you get curbside delivery, so be prepared to take it in the rest of the way. The sofa came on one extended pallet and the chaise section with the ottoman on another.
terrible communication. Advertised 2-3 weeks shipping. I had to call to be informed the item was back ordered to the end of the month. I had to call again to be informed my item was back ordered to the 2nd month. Still my item was not shipped, so I called the 3rd time only to be told once again I would have to wait another month. I cancelled my order, for all I know I would have called again only to be told I had to wait another month.
I should have read the reviews regarding customer service before ordering. Our home burnt down on Mother's Day and we are in temporary housing. We ordered a bedroom set for our son to be delivered to the temporary home. The company refuses to send the order unless we contact our credit card company with the temporary address. Doing that would play havoc with our already chaotic life. We expect to be back in our home in less than 6 months therefore we have changed nothing: our mail is temporarily forwarded, we have the same phone number. We provided Furniture Mart with the security code on the back of the card. They called us at our home, they wanted us to send them a check (hey our house burnt down, a check? Besides we don't use checks, not many people left who do). They still refuse to send the furniture AND YET they insist I send them an email to cancel the order. Not just poor customer service but a huge lack of compassion for a family in our position.

Shopped twice in a past 2 years. Last time found perfect designer tea table, which cost 3x more everywhere around in retail stores. Great prices, professional delivery. Website easy to navigate, there are periodical sales. Would recommend it again.
