Haven't been furniture shopping in years. First stop Mealey's. I was greeted as I walked in the door. Very friendly store. Our sales consultant was Donna and Kelsey. They both were very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back.
I was in need of new furniture but haven't been furniture shopping in awhile, so I was unsure where I wanted or needed to go. Well, needless to say I met LISA WILLIAMS, a worker @ Mealey's who suggested the store. My experience @ Mealey's was the greatest. The customer service and furniture prices was impeccable. I wanted to get new carpet before my new dining room furniture came and Mealey's was very understandable and patient with the delivery date I requested. It was raining the day of delivery and the delivery men was very cautious. After the delivery, I received a courtesy call from Mealey's making sure I was pleased with my furniture. Thank you LISA WILLIAMS for the recommendation. Thank you Patty, sales person. I'll be back when I'm ready to purchase new living room furniture.
My shopping experience was met with high standards. Patty did such a great job of giving me some space while my family and I shopped and the Managers came over and introduced themselves and made us feel welcomed. Customer Service was defiantly top notch and will make sure everyone comes here for their purchase. Thank u so much for all you did. I came in just to browse and get some ideas. I worked with a woman named Patty who was amazing with helping me with design my living room. The store is beautiful and the managers made sure they introduced themselves during my visit. Although I was not ready to place an order at the moment, I definitely know where to shop and who to ask for when I am! Thanks so much for all of your help!
