Been going to Dick and Rip's for years. Began getting unhappy over the last two years. Most recent, and final disaster was for brakes. Paid for resurfacing rotors and pads. The brakes have been screeching since we left Dick & Rips... Fast forward two months to inspection... went to another shop. ROTORS WERE NEVER RESURFACED AND LOOK DISGUSTING. They are rusted, peeling apart, chipped etc. Brake pads were the cheapest brand you can find, and had more lube on them than the mechanic has ever seen (he thinks to prevent so much noise?). Save your time and money, look elsewhere.
Chuck and the guys at Dick and Rips are a class act. Fast, friendly and honest....not three words I'm used to with mechanics but you get it all here. I highly recommend!

From my experience, the word I would use to describe Dick and Rip's is INTEGRITY! I got a synthetic oil change, tire rotation, change of oil and cabin filters, a check of all fluids etc for about the price of just an oil change anywhere else. Also I thought I was going to need an alignment and I made what should have been the mistake of mentioning it when I dropped the car off. Now they could have just done an alignment and charged me for it but my issue was solved by the tire rotation. They let me know that they didn't think an alignment was necessary and I'm grateful for it.
