Great store. The managers Linda and Joanne were very helpful and helped answer so many of my questions. 2 thumbs up for these two employees.
Fish tanks are always well maintained, and all of the fish ive gotten from them are always in good shape. Their staff is helpful and polite
The store and staff is great and the products they sell serves a variety but sometimes the staff is very unaware of deadly conditions for the animals. The the picture shows a hamster cage that is clearly unsanitary and is a sign of wet tail, a contagious, lethal illness found in hamsters that is needed to be treated immediately and clean well to prevent any more wet tail within other hamsters. If only the staff new more about the animals, more people will trust this store more.
I love this location. Very clean, friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Also, THE best Santa and Santa’s helper for the Xmas photo shoots they offer...‘Tis the season. As long as this store continues to hire staff equivalent to their current leaders, I will never shop any where else.
