Absolutely love Dr. Jones, she is so patient and explains things really well, she's easily the best Vet I've ever had. And as a bonus, the prices are very reasonable.
The doctors and staff are very caring and knowledgeable. I have been taking my pets there since the 1970's for everything from routine checkups to serious health problems and have always been treated with love, patience, and respect. I highly recommend them.
Love love love Dr. May!! So caring and kind to the beasties!!! All of his associates are just as great!! Highly recommend
If you bring your dog here do not go to doctor Jones. She almost did exploratory surgery on our dog because she didn't realize he was neutered and thought he had testicles that did not drop. She claimed our dog's adult teeth were in when they were not. Later, we had to have his puppy teeth extracted. She blamed our dog for not being able to draw blood, claiming "he is not cooperating". When our dog had a tempertaure, she could not figure out why. She took his temp rectally, so you think she would have noticed that he had infected anal glands that needed to be expelled. This practice also rabies vaccinated our dog while he was sick and on antibiotics, without telling us they were going to do so, because it was "in the fine print in the consent we signed". Doctor May is great, but the rest of the folks there need a lesson in people skills, professionalism and bedside manner. Doctor Jones is young and comes off as a know it all with something to prove. My fiance' and I are well educated and well read individuals who know much about our dog. I am also a healthcare professional for humans. When we asked questions, They were met with hostility. Dr Jones misdiagnosed things that were not there and missed diagnoses that were obvious, even to a novice. Yes, they are very reasonably priced, but beware. Do yourself a favor and go to County Line Vet. This office is about the same in price, but the staff are knowledgeable, kind and professional. We will not be returning to Warminster Vet. What a shame too, because at first I thought they were great. However, the more we went there the more we realized that we were just a number. They couldn't even get our dog's sex right and constantly referred to him as a she. This is one of those places where if you know nothing, they seem great. But if you have a clue and a bit of a background, the flaws are blatantly obvious.
This vet really CARES! He is gifted as a vet and surgeon and has a huge heart. He has saved our dog and never overcharged. Thank you to Dr. May and his very caring thoughtful staff.
